Here are some examples of the care and comfort offered by the team...

  
   
  Visiting you at home.
Offering you company and a listening ear.		 Sending you a card to let you know we are thinking about you. Helping to arrange transport for medical appointments.  
   
  Praying for you/or with you. Administrative Support. Visiting you in Hospital or Care Home.  
   
  Assistance with letter writing. Contacting you by telephone. Maybe you prefer a phone call to a visit Providing a file of information leaflets on the subjects of personal health and safety and help and advice in the home.
